We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of gently used products within 30 days of the delivery date. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and items marked as final sale cannot be returned.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

Print Your Label

Once your request is approved, a prepaid USPS return shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.

Pack Your Items

Securely pack your gently used products in the original packaging if possible, ensuring the box is taped shut and the return label is clearly visible.

Drop Off and Refund

Drop off your package at any authorized USPS location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
